The staff were super cute and friendly. they really catered to dogs, providing beds and bowls. It was so great! the room was clean and comfy! the views were really gorgeous, very relaxing.
The room was a bit small. Still, i had a good time.

The hotel was clean and well organized. our room included a comfortable bed and plentiful tea and coffee. i especially liked that it was topped up daily. it really is the little things that make a difference (like fresh tea!). the location was very convenient. We could easily walk to many attractions. i also appreciated that the staff was friendly and helpful. they provided great service. i also appreciated the modern room design. our room was a good size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the freeview tv and fast wifi was a bonus. there were even wee sand buckets for the kids to borrow if heading to the beach. the owner, susan, was amazing and very helpful. we were greeted by her, she was lovely. the room was central to everything we wanted to visit. i would definitely recommend the hotel.
the climb to the top floor was quite a challenge. it was lots of stairs.
